About the Artwork
Art, in one form or another, has always been an important part of my life. My paintings and drawings are a process of exploration.. I have always been greatly affected by my natural surroundings and am intrigued by the power they have over feelings and our own sense of place.
I now see the natural world with different eyes. Eyes that are always searching for shapes, textures, colors, patterns and hues. The more I see, the more I realize that the search has only just begun.
